It's a cooler day here in New jersey and it has me thinking about a particular day back in DC. On a rare, beautiful, mid-70s day in DC my friend and I decided to spend our time running around Georgetown. It's one of my favorite areas, reminds me of Boston, and I spent way too little time there during my two years. It was a day filled with shopping, Italian food, a blister or two because I wore new shoes (rookie mistake), and most importantly doughnuts. And while doing it all I wore some of my favorite pieces. Outfit Details : Medium Wash Jeans - Old Navy, Gingham Top - SHEIN, Tassel Earrings (similar) - J.Crew , Red Flats (similar) - Target The Details: This may be the millionth time I've said it but these are the most comfortable jeans I have ever own. That's probably why I have them in four different washes. You can't deny it Old Navy comes through on jeans. Like any pair of shoes, these needed to be broken in and with every pair of shoes, I decided to ignore this fact. I always have Band-Aids on hand for this exact reason. Now that I have worn them a few times, these sling-back flats are super comfy. They are sold out but I really like the similar ones I have linked above. Gingham has been around every summer but recently I have really embraced the print. I love that this top is lightweight and long in the back, making it highly versatile. I feel comfortable wearing it on hot days and on breezy ones. And of course I rounded out the outfit with a fun tassel earring. I have nothing to PamSplain about these. They are, plain and simple, a fun statement piece. Somehow and unfortunately, there are not any bloopers from this shoot. I am so sorry to let you all down, at least I consider them the highlight of every post.
